.
What benefits will accrue?
This very popular challenge offers the following key benefits:
Highly Motivating
Creates an ideal environment for human interaction
Light-hearted but very competitive
Very easy to understand
Totally flexible for content, and thus budget.
How Does it Work?
All manner of (fun) money earning/winning/acquiring opportunities are set up within the game area, be it indoors, outdoors, or a mix of both. These opportunities can be of any kind imaginable; we recommend great variety.
Teams are formed. These can be of any size, but 6 - 10 is ideal.
Teams are issued with passbooks.
An introduction to the principals of play is given by the referee.
The game begins.
Team members freely and randomly compete at any activities of their choice. There is no need for the whole team to move sheep like from one activity to another; everyone is free to choose their own particular favourites.
Cash rewards are regularly paid out by the instructors and supervisors.
Inevitably, negotiating and deals become part of the fun, maybe even a little cheating creeps in!
By the end of play one team will have acquired more money than any others - the winners!
How many people can play?
From approximately 25 upwards. The game is extremely effective for very large groups. There is no upper limit, because the simple rules are instantly understood and everyone starts playing.
What will it cost?
The game format readily adapts to meet individual objectives e.g.
Available facilities
Client preferences
Budget
Nos participating
Consequently, it is possible to tailor the event to meet any reasonable budget. As a rule of thumb, the larger the group the smaller the per capita cost.
