Architects and Builders
Design and build a model of a town, or a theme park, or a cruise liner, or any structure that relates to your business.
It's a practical exercise that presents any team with plenty of problems and is a complete project in itself. The rules of the challenge are carefully written to ensure the task is much more complex than it may at first appear.

Medieval Team Builders
This fascinating and ingenious practical task rehearses all the key aspects of teamwork in a very original and creative way.  Participants are required to assemble various giant kits of working models which, if correctly completed, will not only function independently, but also interact to set off a chain reaction, thus demonstrating whether all elements have been successfully brought together.

Caught in Time
Step back in time to the era of early photography and produce an album of period images, using  original cameras, costumes, developing processes etc. This highly original challenge offers a great deal to think about, study, plan and deliver in an innovative and imaginative way..

Carnival Time
All the colour, spectacle and music of a street carnival conceived, planned, built and delivered in one day! It's quite a tall order, but it's also tremendous fun and very rewarding. Perfect for large groups. All the elements of teamwork will be seriously tested, and all the credit will be well earned. 

Stars in Their Eyes
This hugely enjoyable contest takes groups from complete unknowns to superstars in just half a day. In line with the TV show format, teams select their artists to impersonate, then rehearse, select costumes, visit 'make-up', rehearse some more and then deliver the performances, ideally after dinner in a very lively and hugely entertaining cabaret show.
Great fun and a tremendous contest.

'New' Masters
Reminding everyone to keep aware of  the 'big picture'  is the key message of this clever and creative exercise.
Teams are tasked with painting different pictures, each  to a defined set of parameters. Only when all the pictures are assembled in order doesthe full image emerge.  The teams suddenly realise how closely linked and vital their separate tasks have been and how much they have all contributed to the finished product. A great analogy for any business.

Cartoon Communications
Think through the problem and then set out the solution.
Working alongside a professional artist the teams design and produce light-hearted cartoon  storyboards that indicate pictorially how they get from the A - Z of a problem. The exercise can work either in parallel (all teams tackle the same task) or in series (one team picks up where another left off).
Ideal for those needing to focus on communications and analyitical issues.

A Play in a Day
Most theatrical companies have months to produce their next stage play. On this occasion you will have to compress it all in to one day. Scripts, casting, rehearsals, costumes, props, actors, stagehands, .... there's a great deal to do. Will the critics be generous?

Film Shoot
Designed to be much more than a fun 'make a film' session, this one day challenge sees the team facing many of the problems of a full film production crew. Professional review and analysis of the team performance is included
