Eye on the Ball is a team challenge designed to highlight how easily departments within an organisation can become inward looking and lose sight of the major corporate objectives. Importantly, it also rehearses strategies and procedures to recognise the problems and then correct them.

Simultaneously, it also focuses on the need for individuals or small groups to willingly take ownership of unfamiliar tasks and confidently complete them.

Eye on the Ball features

Dozens of different tasks
Random distribution of the tasks, dictated by the actions of the group
A free flowing programme, controlled by events, not by facilitators
