This impressive practical team building challenge truly focuses on all the key elements of teamwork.

It is a standalone project, best enjoyed by teams of 30 - 150 upwards.

Participants are set the task of trying to assemble a selection of large scale 3D kits, all of which assemble into striking scenes from medieval times e.g. castle and drawbridge, knight on horseback etc
If they succeed, the separate elements (10 or more) will link together to set off a chain reaction, demonstrating and confirming the successful efforts of the entire group.

Of course, just as in real work situations, there is much more to the task than is immediately apparent.

Teams of 4 - 6 are individually tasked with working on each of the kits of parts. They are provided with instructions and limited plans. As they tackle the challenges they are able to acquire further plans and equipment with which to complete the assembly.
The kits must then be assembled and tested before the deadline.

To conclude, all the teams arrange their finished models in designated positions and the final test is made. If everything is correct a simple lever release on Kit 1 sets off an automatic chain reaction down the line.

A wonderfully absorbing challenge that rehearses all the key elements of team work.
